List context
What is a high-equity property list?
A high-equity list focuses on owners who appear to have meaningful equity based on estimated value and mortgage data. It is useful when equity matters to your offer, financing angle, or prioritization.
Use this list to find owners with room between estimated value and mortgage debt, then filter by geography, property type, owner profile, sale date, and mortgage context.
Ways to narrow the list
Start with the list type, then tighten it around the market and owner profile you care about. These are the filters people usually add before creating a file.
- Estimated equity percentage and estimated equity dollars
- Estimated market value and value tier
- Mortgage count, loan balance, and free-and-clear signals
- Ownership length, last sale date, and owner occupancy
Starter filters applied
These filters are applied when the list opens. You can remove them, change the geography, or add more owner and property filters before creating a file.
